Sub-Specialty Fellowship for an Ophthalmologist
Sponsor one, six or 12 months of specialized training
This gift enables a dedicated ophthalmologist in a low-income country to receive one, six or 12 months of specialized training at a leading training center in Africa or Asia. Sub-specialties may include cornea, glaucoma, retina, pediatrics, oculoplastics or neuro-ophthalmology. This gift will expand available care and allow for local ophthalmologists to master their skills and heal complex eye diseases, bringing the miracle of sight to entire communities. This gift has a ripple effect as students become trainers and share their knowledge with peers on their return home from their respective fellowship.
